Shipping Policy

COVID-19 UPDATE

We’re following Government advice and we’re still making deliveries for online orders - we are busier than ever so there might be a slight delay with fulfilment, but we're working extremely hard to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped using a Royal Mail Tracked 48 / Parcelforce Express 48 service with online tracking. Order by 2 pm for same working day dispatch. Royal Mail has a service aim of 2 working days delivery but this is not guaranteed.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Orders will be shipped using a Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Parcelforce Express 24 service with online tracking. Order by 2 pm for same working day dispatch. Royal Mail has a service aim of 1 working day delivery but this is not guaranteed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

PLEASE NOTE, due to stricter requirements on food and drink products, we are currently unable to ship to the Republic of Ireland, Australia, Canada and the United States.  This is a temporary restriction and we hope to be able to service these regions in the not too distant future.

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Italy, France, Switzerland.

If you cannot find your country listed above, this is most likely because delivery costs are variable and it is best for you to Contact Us so that we can secure you the best quote possible.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

Orders will be shipped using a DPD / Parcelforce / TDG service with online tracking. Order by 2 pm for same working day dispatch. Our carriers have a service aim of 5 - 7 working days delivery but this is not guaranteed.

Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & GUARANTEE

We hope you enjoy everything about our products. If for some reason you're not 100 per cent satisfied, here are some details of our returns policy.

If you wish to return a product to us for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of the dispatch date to our return address. The item must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We'll refund or replace the item should you so wish.

 

Extended returns period: For orders placed in November and December, the returns period is extended until 31st January.

 

Please keep your proof of postage, as this will mean we can process your refund or replacement more quickly.
